Atlanta Police release body camera footage on uncooperative woman who refused to sign a ticket. Did Courtney Clenney, 26, almost get away with murder? Four months later she was charged with second-degree murder with a deadly weapon in the April 3 stabbing of her boyfriend, Christian “Toby” Obumseli. The  Atlanta Police  released body camera footage of a recent arrest of a woman after a short video went viral set off accusations that the officer used excessive force. Did the cop really use excessive force?
